Terms of Service

By accessing or using Syphin ("the Service"), including the syphin.dev website, app.syphin.dev dashboard, @syphin/mcp server, and syphin CLI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Syphin is a context engineering platform for AI coding agents. The Service allows you to centralize skills, rules, and prompts and deliver them to MCP-compatible coding agents. We provide a dashboard, CLI, MCP server, and a public marketplace for sharing resources.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and service tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You retain ownership of all skills, rules, prompts, and other content you create on the Service ("Your Content"). By publishing content to the marketplace, you grant Syphin a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content to other users of the Service. You may remove your content from the marketplace at any time, which revokes this license going forward.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to distribute malware or malicious code via skills or rules
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints

The Service, including its design, code, brand, and documentation, is owned by Syphin and protected by intellectual property laws. "Syphin" and the Syphin logo are trademarks. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use our trademarks without written permission.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syphin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that skills and rules will produce correct results in your coding agents.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
